The lighting design for the Kloster Neustadt

LIEHT took over the lighting design for the Herz-Jesu-Kloster in Neustadt an der Weinstraße in 2021. The lighting concept presents the sacred vault with LED light in a stylish and atmospheric way. The monastery lies around 20 kilometres from the planning office in Rülzheim, where LIEHT presents its projects by appointment. Technology and luminaires

From the ceiling hangs the ZIRCLE wall and ceiling light from the LIEHT manufactory – a ring of light made of aluminium profile with an LED strip that emits indirect light. With a diameter of 900 mm, 2,400 lumens and a warm white 2700 kelvin, the ring highlights the vault without causing glare itself. The ZIRCLE LED ring luminaire is available in the LIEHT Shop in brushed aluminium or with a fine texture in black or white – one of the LED designer luminaires from the manufactory in the Palatinate.

The same luminaire lights the living spaces of the villa on Lake Geneva, where several of them hang from the ceiling. Anyone who would like to see the light ring on site can book an appointment for a lighting consultation in the shop, at the planning office and showroom in Rülzheim.
